Spiritual Exploration Online Course
The aim of this course is to explore some of the things which are central to a spiritual and meaningful life. They are core themes which draw in and allow us to touch on a range of spiritual traditions and there are echoes of these themes in all spiritual traditions.
The course is made up of six modules designed to be done one module a week for six weeks, but you can complete them in your own time and at your own pace wherever you are in the world!
Each module is made up of video's to watch and reflect on, MP3 (audio) files which talk you through various exercises and guided visualisations, and worksheets for you to print out and write on.
The themes of the modules are:
- Exploring Spirituality and Meaning
- Polarity - Yin & Yang
- Meditation and the Magical third choice.
- Connecting with the World through the 4 Elements
- Blessing and Gratitude
- Endings - the 'little deaths' of everyday life
If you would like to see the quality of the content, there is an ever-growing Free Resources section of the site with exercises, articles and sacred chants, and there is the regular blog written by Rev. Francis Briers who has created this course.
This course is not yet up and running but we are working on it and hope to have it ready soon, within 2011. If you would like to be notified when it is available please drop us a line to say so.
