Spiritual Counselling - Brighton
Spiritual counselling is primarily a place to find support. It is a safe space to talk about, reflect on and explore what is going on in your life. You may be experiencing significant change, struggling to come to terms with a difficult or painful situation, or want to find a greater sense of meaning in your life. Some of the reasons people seek spiritual counselling are:
- moving home or jobs
- the end of a relationship
- the death of a family member or friend
- illness
- wanting to make a big life change
- to take a step back from day-to-day life
Whatever your reasons for seeking support I offer a non-judgemental, open space for you to 'find the ground beneath your feet.' There is nothing to search for and nothing to fix. This is a space for landing, a space for coming home.
My practice room is in central Brighton, near the South Lanes: 36a Duke Street, Brighton, BN1 1AG. Sessions are 1 hour and cost £40.
