Karate

Tuition is available in Kodo Ryu Karate, with Francis Briers in Brighton. Kodo Ryu is based on research into the origins of Karate in Southern China and is a compact, flowing style of Karate.

Francis is committed to Karate as a ‘do’ or Way. He brings an awareness to the study of Karate that is not just about development of physical skill, but is about using this learning as a vehicle for learning about ourselves, and about life.
